CAS GH future work

Although CAS GH is used successfully by some people already, there is always room for improvements.

One of them is to provide additionnal handlers, such as:

• a handler to authenticate users on Windows NT domains (currently under development, planned for version 2.1);
• a handler to authenticate users on their personal X509 certificates.
