The CAS GH Logout.java patch

The modification consist in redirecting client browsers to a URL after logging out (the URL is given to the request as a CGI 'service' parameter.

We submitted the patch to CAS developers but it was never integrated into the main cas-server distribution, despite the fact that it does not modify the default bahaviour of the CAs server. We hope it will in a next release.
